Quality Assurance
CBM Industries Quality Assurance department is solely focused on maintaining systems and procedures that guarantee compliant products to our customers on every shipment. As a certified ISO 9001:2015 company, CBM continually invests in the latest inspection technology and software to ensure repeatable, accurate measurements. This investment assures continuous improvement in our Quality Management System.
CBM employs multiple Hexagon Metrology CMM inspection equipment along with Keyence Vision Systems. All data from this equipment is entered into our Infinity QS Statistical Process Control (SPC) software for review and subsequent upload to our customers’ sites. And our calibration software ensures that every piece of equipment in all CBM Quality Labs undergo calibration at the recommended intervals.
