DLS-Driven Linear System

• Comprised of a rigid aluminum beam, which can be used as a construction element in a machine design.
• Belt driven system employs a guide wheel-based carriage assembly riding on a double edge slideway.
• Available with many options: AC gear motor drive, limit switches, multiple input drive shafts, fixing clamps, motor brake, torque limiters, planetary gearhead input, and more.
• Carriage assemblies come in two lengths providing for higher pitch moment capacity or smaller overall envelope.

MCS—Aluminum Frame and Machine Construction System

• For special purpose machinery, work benches, assembly or packaging equipment, and general automation machines.

• Profiles are precision extruded using high quality 6063-T5 aluminum and clear anodized to 10 microns thickness.
